[systemsettings] [Bug 409374] You can not enable sub-pixel rendering other than vendor default because system settings will put a check mark in the box to block anti-aliasing and make fonts unreadable and you can remove check mark but gets placed back upon opening and close

KDE globals from 5.16.3 while not broken. The only thing that breaks the fonts
in the sub-pixel rendering
