Grainy panel after update to 5.16.3
I just updated to 5.16.3, and my panel has gotten kind of grainy. That wasn't
there before, so I went through the changelog and found this bug report. Since
my card is an Intel, I thought it might be related.
In case it helps, I'm using Breeze Transparent Dark, but I switched to other
transparent themes and the "grains" are there too, even in the non-dark ones.
