But so far I haven't found anyone who isn't having this issue. I have slow motion footage from each of my friend's computers as well that I had asked for. It has to be something deeper in how Krita handles panning/zooming. I know as someone who stares at Krita 6-8 hours a day it can get a bit frustrating or grating.
