SUMMARY
Using Softglo looked ok on timeline and was effective. But when rendered it
caused horizontal bars and corrupted video.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Apply Softglo effect to a 24fps video clip in V1
2. Render clip at 24fps

OBSERVED RESULT
Corrupted video on rendered output. Horizontal bars and general corruption of
the image.
