Very basic dialog buttons like "OK/Cancel"(example: Image Rotate)
"Yes/No/Cancel"(Save change dialog) remain to be in English when running Krita
3.0 beta in Japanese UI. I assume these are Qt buttons. In Krita2.9, they were
in Japanese.
