SUMMARY
when changing identity while composing, bcc-instructions are added instead of
replaced
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.
I compose an email with default-identity (which defines a bcc)
2.
I change to another identity (which also defines a differen bcc)
OBSERVED RESULT
this results in two bcc-entries (one by each identity)
EXPECTED RESULT
only the preset bcc of the newly chosen identity should come to play
this may conflict with #67115 , but i think it worth mentioning
