SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KDevelop.
2. Open Settings -> Configure KDevelop -> Plugins.
3. Disable all plugins.
4. Restart several times (3+ is enough, but you can try more).
OBSERVED RESULT
After restart, the plugins are messed up:
- Some are disabled.
- Some are not disabled.
Restart again several times:
- Some *other* are disabled.
- Some *other* are not disabled.
Restart again and again, and maybe all plugins are enabled.
EXPECTED RESULT
Plugins should be kept exactly how the user configures them.
