STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click on the update notifier in the systray when some update is available

OBSERVED RESULT
Useless popup shows up, it shows no button/info. See the attached screenshot.
Discover opens.
EXPECTED RESULT
Discover opens and no popup shows up.
