So I remember Okular also crashed if I opened the document from Dolphin. Tried
again today and all seems good. Noticed Okular mentions the document have both
fields and is digitally signed. Not sure if there were any Okular bugs relating
to this that was closed recently? And I might have updated? Anyway please
consider this bug fixed ^_^
