SUMMARY
Animation audio does not sync to frames
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add audio to animation
2. Play animation
3. Frames do not sync to audio
OBSERVED RESULT
Frames play significantly after where they should be placed in regard to audio
cues.
EXPECTED RESULT
Frames play at at the correct time in the audio sequence.
