Ah, no... Just like with other layer types, it's just the icon that shows the
layer type. Just like other layer type icons it isn't meant to be clickable.
If we'd do anything about it, we'd have to design a new icon, one that would
signify "this is a dynamic layer that reloads itself from its source."
