1. mkdir build
2. cmake ..
OBSERVED RESULT
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:1 (cmake_minimum_required):
CMake 3.10 or higher is required. You are running version 3.6.2
EXPECTED RESULT
cmake version 3.6.2 is installed so should be fine with the project
requirements
