First of all, I made a video showing the bug:

Also I tested this on the second monitor of a 2 monitor setup.
After opening the expo mode by clicking the taskbar icon, and closing an
instance, the taskbar disappears until something is clicked.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have to instances of an application (I tested it with Chrome)
2. Click on the green icon to open the 'expo' mode.
3. Close the new instance
OBSERVED RESULT
The taskbar disappears. Appears once a window is clicked.
EXPECTED RESULT
This shouldn't happen.
