Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get some software that used Dr. Konqi to have a crash
2. Get an error in sending the bug report
3. End up in a dialog with two Help buttons
Actual Results:
A dialog with two help buttons. The dialog title is 'Sending the Crash Report'.
In the lower left are two buttons labelled 'Help'.
Expected Results:
At most one button labelled 'Help'.
