STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > display and monitor > click "Scale display" button
and set display scale factor to 1.2
2. relogin
3. open dolphin and observe the preview of folders containing pictures/videos
OBSERVED RESULT
as we can see in the attached screenshot, the preview of the files inside a
folder looks fuzzy
EXPECTED RESULT
crisp previews
