SUMMARY
Takes a little time to be able to Move or Transform the newly created layer
after Duplicating.
Copy-Pasting same layer doesn't have such problem.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Duplicate a layer
2. Try to move it, or transform it.
OBSERVED RESULT
Can't do the action for seconds(about 5~6 secs)
EXPECTED RESULT
Should be able to Mmove or Transform it immediately.
