Since my Surface Pro 3 works, I guess the 6 should work out of the box too, so
it's probably a settings or local configuration issue.
* Does it make a difference whether you toggle between the wintab and the
windows ink api in the tablet page of the krita settings dialog?
* Does it make a difference if you clear krita's settings completely
(https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration)?
