If notifications are shown once on Plasma Wayland, they cannot be viewed again.
Sometimes the hole notification area will not show any information anymore and
becomes inaccessible, but e.g. the calendar will be shown without any issues.
This worked OK previously with the old notification system, so this seems like
a regression.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy a big file and paste it to another folder
2. Hide the popup notification or minimize it
OBSERVED RESULT
You cannot view the notification area again even if it must be there.
EXPECTED RESULT
Show the notification area on Wayland.
