           Product: frameworks-knotifications
           Version: 5.58.0
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: kdelibs-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: kos.na.bor...@gmail.com
                CC: kdelibs-b...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
I've been downloading a rather big file(1.9GB) in Firefox with the plasma
integration at a speed cca 200Kb/s. From the beginning the notification
visualization (blue circle) was spinning like wild and started to eat up CPU.
When i opened the notifications settings and unticked the "Track file transfers
and other jobs" option the notification icon went away and CPU usage dropped.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download large file via Firefox with Plasma Integration

OBSERVED RESULT
Download was working ok, notification as well. But the animation was too fast
and there was very high CPU usage

EXPECTED RESULT
Regular speed animation
Little CPU usage

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Archlinux
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.58.0
Qt Version: 5.2.3
