SUMMARY
The tooltip shown when hovering over the notifications settings button from the
system tray begins with an ampersand. See attached screenshot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click arrow to show full tray
2. Click Notifications
3. Hover over the settings icon to the right
OBSERVED RESULT
Tooltip shows an ampersand character
EXPECTED RESULT
Ampersand is not present in tooltip text
