Translation of the reporter's previous comment:
-----
I tried compiling the latest fcitx-qt5 libraries. I discovered that KDevelop is
not the only application with this Chinese input issue, but when other
applications use the latest compiled libraries, Chinese input works perfectly,
with the only exception of KDevelop.
I am using the official KDevelop AppImage, KDevelop-5.3.2-x86_64.AppImage, and
made some extra changes/tweaks/operations to it. In addition, I installed an
extra version (official package) from Debian, and Chinese input still does not
work. I also tested using this computer (which is used to reply to your
comment), and it does not work too.

不知阁下可否提供已安装的套件及版本清单 (sudo apt list --installed) ?
