notes at https://mail.kde.org/pipermail/kde-jp/2019-March/001030.html regarding
the KDE translation. You do not need to have SVN knowledge to join the mailing
list - you can obtain the po files from
https://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-support/ja/summit/messages/ and start
editing, then upload the completed files to a publicly-accessible storage (e.g.
Dropbox, GitHub) and email kde-jp[a_t]kde.org with a link to the storage
location.
