This appears to be a local error on your machine. It's trying to create
/home/kde-developer/kde/src/log and failing because it doesn't have permission
to do so. You should make sure that your current user account (or the one
you're using to run kdesrc-build) has full write permission to
/home/kde-developer/kde and all sub-folders.
