SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on computer
2. Login to desktop
3. Wifi applet spins for a while "Negotiating" connection
4. To speed up, click disconnect and reconnect. Reconnects immediately
OBSERVED RESULT
Saved wifi shows a waiting spinning icon for over a minute without reconnection
EXPECTED RESULT
Saved wifi network should reconnect immediately
