SUMMARY
For Unity layout i have "enable borderless maximized windows" enabled. And it's
working well, except i can swear i was able to drug from latte top panel
(anywhere) to un-maximixe window. But i current installed version i'm not able
to do that.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

OBSERVED RESULT
drugging maximized window from panel does nothing... mouth just "slips" from
panel.
EXPECTED RESULT
mouse pointer when press on top panel "grips" on maximized window and drugs it
"of the panel" un-maximizing it.
