Krita Portable version 2.9.11 x64
When you choose to hide status bar then you quit and run Krita again, status
bar shows up, it should be hidden from last session

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run krita
2. Open Krita File
3. Choose View from Menu Bar
4. Deselect "Show Status Bar"
5. Quit krita
6. Run Agian
Actual Results:
7. Status bar will shows up again
Expected Results:
8. Should be Hidden from Last Session
Note : in the other View settings it remains as selected for the next session
like "Full Screen Mode" eg.
I love PPl who develop krita :)
