Since this is a support request I suggest you try the forums to get help
instead https://forum.kde.org/
You did mention TTY, which makes me think that perhaps you'll want to try a
general purpose Linux or Ubuntu forum instead as the problem likely isn't
something the KDE forum will be able to help with. I am certain you'll be able
to find some in a language that might be easier to communicate in for you.
