Dear Aaron, thank you for your report. I saw this as well with Office 365 IMAP.
However, I found the default interval is 5 minutes, see settings of IMAP
resource. If you have a lot of folders that may explain the regular syncing
activity. I set it to 30 minutes meanwhile and it has been better since then.
