I try to create a video based on a recorded TV transport stream. I'm posting
this from Germany, where we've got PAL MPEG-2 720×576 at 25fps interlaced.
When I render the final video, I'm getting regular freezes (or jumps) in the
output. This especially happens when I render in multiple threads. If I render
in only one thread, there are also freezes but only at those points, where I
cutted the input video.
If it helps, I leke to mention, that this issue did not occur in the previous
release of kdenlive.
