Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. install fresh vm of ubuntu 15.10 2. sudo apt-get install kdevelop -y 3. start writing basic code like hello world in cpp 4. try saving with ctrl+s and you will see the message that no permission or full disk Actual Results: It actually denied me from saving any files.
