SUMMARY
As we can see in the attached screenshot, currently the readability of "This
effect is not a benchmark" text is not good. The fonts look badly rendered.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. search for "desktop effects" kcm in the apps launcher and open it
2. check "Show FPS" effect and click "Ok" button
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Already mentioned above

"This effect is not a benchmark" text has better readability
