applications which follow kvantum vs elisa
SUMMARY
toolbar appearance (button style, button-radius) and window opacity (with
qtcurve and kvantum) isn't affected by the widget style.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. change widget style to kvantum(and change the window opacity in the advanced
setting(kvantummanager)) or qtcurve
2. open elisa
OBSERVED RESULT
almost no difference vs breeze
EXPECTED RESULT
elisa should follow the widget style more closely
