Steps to reproduce:
* Disable the "Present Windows" effect so that clicking the icons in latte dock
would show window previews similar to those of MS windows (System Settings ->
Desktop Behavior -> Desktop Effects -> Uncheck "Present Windows").
* Open many windows of the same application.
* Click the application's icon.
Expected behavior: should show the window previews as soon as the click is
released.
Actual behavior: sometimes, it doesn't show the window previews until the mouse
is hovered above the icon, into the space where the previews are generated.
Reproducible: sometimes, not sure what to do to make it reproducible.
