[kile] [Bug 381291] There are two actions (Find in Files..., Normal Fraction - \frac{}{}) that want to use the same shortcut (Alt+Shift+F). This is most probably a bug. Please report it in bugs.kde.org

KSystemLog is unrelated to Kile. Please check if you have added custom
shortcuts for KSystemLog. On my system with recent software versions, I see no
error.
