custom icons for directories are not respected in bcachefs and selecting
folders result in the read out:
kf5.kservice.services: The desktop entry file "/home/user/New Folder
(1)/.directory" has Type= "Application" but no Exec line
both of the above do not happen in tmpfs (/tmp).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make a new folder in bcachefs
2. select an custom icon
3. redisplay
OBSERVED RESULT
no icon change
EXPECTED RESULT
icon change
