This isn't useful; we have no idea what you were doing when the crash happened.
However the backtrace tells me that this is a bug that was fixed in a later
version of KDE Plasma but could not be backported to 5.12, unfortunately.
Consider upgrading to 5.15 if you can, via the Kubuntu Backports PPA:
