kimpanel/package/metadata.desktop has:
X-KDE-PluginInfo-Name=org.kde.plasma.kimpanel
therefore the correct name of the translation catalog has to be
"plasma_applet_org.kde.plasma.kimpanel.po" and the target in Messages.sh has to
be renamed to "$podir/plasma_applet_org.kde.plasma.kimpanel.pot"
