SUMMARY
Today I tested the tag feature on neon dev unstable and I noticed that after I
delete the last tag, "All tags" section remains in the places panel until
Dolphin is restarted.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right click on any file, select "add tag > create"
2. type your tag ("All tags" section shows up in the places panel)
3. click "All tags"
4. right click on the tag created in the step 1, select "Remove"
OBSERVED RESULT
"All tags" section remains in the places panel.
Restart Dolphin: now "All tags" section is no longer present in the places
panel.
EXPECTED RESULT
"All tags" section is immediately removed from the places panel when the last
tag is removed.
