SUMMARY
Keep above does not work if another app goes full screen. When trying to use
OpenBoard it should stay on top by it's self. Even if you go to the settings
and force keep above as soon as you click on the full screen window it goes
behind
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open OpenBoard and set to keep on top
2. Open a presentation ( have tried Google Slides and Office 365 and LO )
3. View presentation
4. Presentation goes full screen and hides OpenBoard
5. Bring OpenBoard forward and set to keep above
6. Click the next slide and the presentation goes in front again
OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot keep OpenBoard visible
EXPECTED RESULT
OpenBoard stays above.
