This statement means it IS the graphics card that is causing it. The other reporter (gvgo) didn't seem to test it with their graphics card turned off. Canvas Graphics Acceleration has to be turned completely off to test this. Intel HD cards are graphics cards. Krita can't really fix the graphics card drivers.
