When I receive a message (ie via WhatsApp etc) and click on reply, the window
seems to always pop up BEHIND other windows on my desktop. It also produces
multiple windows apparently at random, sometimes it's 2, others it's 5 or 6!
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Receive a message via WhatsApp on my device
2. Click on Reply button on the notification popup on Plasma Desktop
OBSERVED RESULT
One or more windows pop up behind the currently open windows on desktop.
EXPECTED RESULT
One window should pop up in the foreground, with the focus on it so I can type
my reply.
