SUMMARY
Kicker menu aligns with the bottom of secondary monitor if BIOS uses the
Secondary monitor for POST display.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In System Settings, set 4K monitor as primary display and a set lower
resolution monitor as secondary display. Align the displays at the top.
2. Set panel to left side of primary display and move kicker icon to bottom of
vertical panel.
4. Reboot machine, click on kicker, observe kicker menu appears on primary
monitor but aligns with bottom lower resolution secondary display.

OBSERVED RESULT
Kicker Menu does not align with kicker icon.

EXPECTED RESULT
Kicker Menu does should align with kicker icon.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Restarting plasma fixes the issue. I suspect on boot, kicker menu position is
set prior to setting the primary monitor.
