STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. In System Settings, set 4K monitor as primary display and a set lower resolution monitor as secondary display. Align the displays at the top. 2. Set panel to left side of primary display and move kicker icon to bottom of vertical panel. 4. Reboot machine, click on kicker, observe kicker menu appears on primary monitor but aligns with bottom lower resolution secondary display. OBSERVED RESULT Kicker Menu does not align with kicker icon. EXPECTED RESULT Kicker Menu does should align with kicker icon. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Kubuntu 19.04 KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.56.0 Qt Version: 5.11.3 Kernel Version: 5.0.0-8-generic OS Type: 64-bit Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i7-4771 CPU @ 3.50GHz Memory: 15.6 GiB of RAM ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Restarting plasma fixes the issue.
