Locating an app's menu bar inside a single button in the app's titlebar is a
fantastic feature. Unfortunately, enabling this sacrifices the ability to
initiate usage from the keyboard.
Whereas with a traditional (in-app) or in-applet appmenu one can use alt+_ keys
or the activate applet shortcut to start browsing the menu, it is not possible
to open the in-titlebar menu with the keyboard.
