SUMMARY
After I updated with git master, I find that there's no brush outline on OpenGL
mode. Same steps as this one - https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=405540
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set to OpenGL
2. Click Brush/Paint tool
3. Move cursor to canvas
OBSERVED RESULT
No Outline
EXPECTED RESULT
Visible Outline

Windows: Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134
Software - Krita 4.2.0-pre-alpha (git 44080b7)
