STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Discover to install a big flatpak package like Xonotic game

OBSERVED RESULT
progress bar (Tasks) shown in the side bar jumps to 100% almost immediately
after you click "Install" button in Discover despite the download/installation
process takes almost 10 minutes (at least on my system).
EXPECTED RESULT
progress bar works correctly.
