If i read well the Fedora report :

There is a mix between :

- openssl and relevant libraries from the system and the bundle.
- openssl configuration file (aka /etc/pki) from the system and the bundle.

I'm sure : i never copied the /etc/pki config files in the bundle. It's now
done.

Note : when we use export to preload libraries before to use the bundle, we
force to use the configuration files from the system. If we don't do it we use
the bundle libraries WITHOUT the configuration files inside : so we use system
configuration which can be from a different version of openssl.

The result is a big mess.
