For me it is confusing when I search for a setting via krunner and don't get it right the first time. Because then I have to search once more or open up System Settings to look for the right setting. Also, if I found the right setting with a tool like krunner, I would now see in which category I have to look for, when I open System Settings the next time. If the (one) settings application behaves the same each time, it is easier for me to learn how to use it properly, instead of dealing with System Settings and multiple little settings applications.
