SUMMARY
This started happening in the last couple of days. The only thing I have
changed on my computer is that I installed Office 365 UWP, then Office 365
desktop
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press side button on surface pen
2. Tap the screen
OBSERVED RESULT
Result: Circle menu appears, then disappears the moment the pen lifts off the
screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
As of two days ago, this menu would stay active after lifting off the pen.
