Adding one more feedback about this annoying bug.
This is what I see when running "akonadictl start":
org.kde.pim.davresource: Error when uploading item: 420 "There was a problem
with the request. The item was not modified on the server.\nThe file or folder
caldav.fastmail.com does not exist. (0)."
