plasma-nm icon with blue highlight

Perhaps not a bug but I couldn't find any documentation on what the meaning of
the attached icon is.

It happened after I implemented a bridge for libvirt. My connection works fine,
and I have two bridges (one for NAT and one for Bridge networking in
virt-manager/libvirt)

I briefly trying to understand the QML for org.kde.plasma.networkmanagement but
failed.

Can someone explain what this is trying to convey?

Am I missing documentation for this behavior somewhere?
